Approvals that show what needs review

Command approvals highlight the exact part to review, long conversations fold their tool calls, prompts appear the moment you send them, and Claude Code and Codex sessions survive CLI updates.

v1.21.0

Command approvals show what needs review

The approval card shows the command once, one pipeline stage per line, and highlights the part that needs review, such as rm -rf after xargs, with a plain reason beside it like “deletes recursively or without confirmation”. Stages that need no review are dimmed. Destructive and secret-related commands use an amber card, and red is kept for commands that could wipe the system. Allow Once is the main button.

Commands using xargs no longer ask without a reason: the command xargs runs is checked like any other, so searches and counts run without asking.

Long conversations are easier to follow

Two or more tool calls in a row fold into one line that names the tools and shows failures, lines added and removed, and how long they took. Progress notes between tool calls stay visible, finished thinking folds to “Thought for 12s”, and hovering a reply shows its model, duration, and token count.

Scrolling up during a reply stops following on the first move, and a Latest button brings you back. Switching to another session and back returns you to where you were reading.

Your prompt appears right away

The prompt shows in the conversation the moment you send it. If it cannot be sent, it stays there marked Not sent with the reason, plus Retry, Edit, and Discard. Prompts sent while disconnected are no longer lost.

Files

  • Images open in the file preview instead of “Binary file”, and SVG files can be edited with a live preview.
  • The file tree shows Git-ignored files on a faint background, and loads ignored folders such as node_modules only when you open them.

Fixed

  • Claude Code and Codex sessions keep working after a CLI update instead of locking every existing session.
  • Worktree sessions use the workspace’s memory and skills, so memories saved in a worktree are no longer lost with it.
  • Branches pushed from a terminal show “On origin/feature, not tracked” with a Track button instead of staying “Not published”.
  • Pushes with slow pre-push hooks finish, and a failed push says whether the hook failed, timed out, or the remote refused it.
  • Pull requests in renamed or transferred GitHub repositories can be merged again.
  • Claude Code and Codex sessions get titles without a Prokop model, and can be picked in agent homes.
  • Usage refreshes on its own while the Usage panel is open.
